I am Daci L. Jett, the founding attorney at Daci Jett Law LLC, an estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm.

Our clients span a wide range of wealth, from middle class to quite wealthy. What they have in common is they care about their families and appreciate quality legal advice and services.

For estate planning, we have an initial consultation to meet the client and determine their needs, and then I recommend a type of estate plan and quote a fee. After the client engages me, we have an in-depth discussion to design the estate plan. I will listen to understand what you want, and do my best to see that your wishes are carried out. I will put together a plan that works for you and is designed to save your family money and difficulty down the road.

For trust and probate administration, we have a paid initial strategy session to gather information about the estate and determine a course of action. After the client engages me, we remove uncertainty and guide them through the entire process of settling the estate.

I earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, my home town.
